Safety is a paramount concern; therefore, the Server must follow all established safety protocols, including illness prevention, emergency preparedness, and resident care procedures. The role includes responding to resident concerns empathetically and escalating issues appropriately, performing additional duties to meet operational needs, and completing all required certifications and training as mandated by company standards and regulations like Title 22.
