Cypress Cove is currently hiring Servers for both part-time and full-time positions, with pay rates of up to $19 per hour based on experience. Notably, these are non-tipping positions, ensuring steady and competitive wages without relying on gratuities. The role is integral in fulfilling Cypress Cove's mission to provide residents with well-prepared, diverse cuisine across three on-site restaurants, which range from casual poolside dining to fine dining experiences. The culinary offerings are carefully curated to delight residents and guests alike, emphasizing high-quality food and outstanding customer service.

In this role, Servers are responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and friendly service to residents, preparing and maintaining restaurant areas for service, and creating welcoming and enjoyable dining experiences. Ideal candidates bring at least three years of prior restaurant server experience, an outgoing and enthusiastic personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and fluency in English in reading, writing, and speaking.
