Job Duties
- Deliver food and drinks to guests using Applebee's team delivery system
- Greet guests, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service
- Interact verbally with all guests to create a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- Relay orders to service bar and kitchen via the point-of-sale computerized register system
- Observe guests and respond to additional requests
- Present guest check to each table and accept forms of payment
- Make correct change and complete proper charge card procedures
- Participate in clearing and resetting dining room tables
- Wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor and wipe down booth seats throughout the restaurant
- Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- Perform reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication tasks
- Maintain mobility during the entire shift
- Perform other duties as needed
