The role of a hospitality-focused Server at The Delaney at The Vale is an integral part of the culinary team and provides full-scope, hands-on serving functions within the community. This position allows the employee to interact closely with the community's residents, offering a unique opportunity to hear and share in the life stories of some of the wisest people on earth. The Server aids in creating an inviting and enjoyable dining atmosphere, ensuring that service is delivered graciously and courteously. With schedules available for part-time work on Sundays and Mondays from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm or full-time shifts from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on weekdays and weekends, this role offers flexibility to accommodate different lifestyles. Compensation ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, based on experience.

Servers at The Delaney at The Vale are expected to uphold high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization, as well as adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards consistently. Responsibilities include setting and maintaining tables, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages with proper etiquette, and answering residents' questions about menu items.
