As a Server at Local Station, you will be delivering an attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized dining experience to every guest. Your responsibilities will include guiding guests through the menu with enthusiasm, sharing in-depth knowledge of food and beverages, accurately managing orders, coordinating seamlessly with the kitchen and bar, and anticipating guest needs before any issues arise. Maintaining your section's cleanliness and organization during service is crucial, as is collaborating closely with the support staff to ensure smooth and efficient service flow. This role also involves completing side work and opening or closing duties as assigned.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of serving experience in a full-service restaurant, strong menu knowledge with the ability to confidently discuss food and cocktails, and a warm, professional demeanor that helps create genuine connections with guests. The ability to stay organized and composed during busy periods is essential. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, team-oriented, hold or be able to obtain Food Handler certification, meet Georgia's legal age requirement to serve alcohol, and be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
