We are currently seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic team at The Rustick. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming dining experience for all guests. As a Server, you will be an integral part of our restaurant team responsible for ensuring guests are satisfied and well-attended during their visit. This role involves greeting and seating guests promptly, providing detailed menu information, accurately taking orders using a POS system, and effectively communicating with kitchen staff. Additionally, you will deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, check in with guests to ensure satisfaction, process payments, and maintain cleanliness and safety standards. The position requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
