We are currently seeking enthusiastic, service-oriented Servers to join our dedicated team at Bullvino's Brazilian Steakhouse. As a Server, you will play a key role in delivering our promise of exceptional hospitality by creating an inviting and seamless dining experience for every guest. This role requires strong communication skills, a genuine enjoyment of customer service, and an ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Servers will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, accurately taking food and beverage orders, and providing attentive service throughout each meal. Additionally, they must have a thorough knowledge of our menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods, to effectively answer guest questions and make recommendations.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to communicate effectively in English
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
  • Must maintain a clean and professional appearance

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
  • Be knowledgeable about all menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
  • Proactively identify and resolve guest concerns or special requests
  • Monitor tables to ensure timely service and anticipate guest needs
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining area
  • Reset tables and help prepare the restaurant for upcoming shifts or special events
  • Collaborate with bussers, runners, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards
