Job Description

We are currently hiring enthusiastic and dedicated full-time or part-time hourly Servers, Waitresses, or Waiters for our dine-in food and beverage service. The servers are essential points of contact for guests, responsible not only for delivering food and beverages but also for creating memorable dining experiences by anticipating and exceeding guest expectations. This role involves a deep understanding of the menu to assist guests in making informed choices and answering any questions they might have. Servers guide guests through the entire dining process, from seating to taking orders, serving food and drinks, and managing the payment process efficiently and courteously.

As a server in this restaurant, you will be trained on the job regardless of prior experience, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service and hospitality but new to the field.   • Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations
  • Understand the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions
  • Guide guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments
  • Understand the restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
