This role is for a part-time, non-management position within the food and beverage and culinary sector at Sheraton Georgetown. The position focuses on delivering exceptional guest service beyond simply serving food and beverages. Guest Service Experts in this role take the initiative to provide a range of services aimed at enriching the guest experience. Responsibilities extend to setting tables, communicating with the kitchen staff, interacting with and serving guests, as well as maintaining cleanliness in work and storage areas. The role demands an active presence, requiring employees to be on their feet for extended periods, navigate non-uniform surfaces, and perform physical activities such as bending, stretching, lifting, and reaching. Working effectively within established guidelines, maintaining professional appearance and communication, and consistently meeting quality standards are also fundamental to this role.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, such as a General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
