The Server position at The Melting Pot Appleton is integral to the success of the dining experience. Servers are responsible for describing the menu and its unique features, taking orders accurately, preparing and serving fondue right at the guest's table, and ensuring all needs are met promptly and professionally. This role requires excellent coordination of an entire station and seamless communication between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to guarantee timely and impeccable service. Beyond the fundamentals of food service, servers at The Melting Pot Appleton are expected to have a full understanding of all beverage offerings and be capable of engaging guests in discussions about their selections. Attention to detail is paramount as servers observe diners, respond to additional requests, and know when a meal is complete. Additionally, servers handle financial transactions, including ringing up bills and accepting payments, while also assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of their station. - ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- basic math skills for cash handling
