Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior food service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Valid state-mandated beverage service certification where applicable
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Practice safe food handling procedures and maintain awareness of food allergens including where to find more information and take proper steps
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to successfully implement and support company goals
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately and uphold cash handling procedures
  • Provide friendly, attentive service to guests ensuring an exceptional dining experience
  • Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Hold state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
