Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- previous experience in serving or customer service preferred
- ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
Job Duties
- Give a warm welcome to customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- take food and drink orders accurately and enter them correctly into the POS system
- pick up and deliver food orders promptly
- make sure the customer is well-attended to, offer drink refills, and clear away unused items
- deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
