As a Server at Red Lobster, your role is pivotal in delivering an outstanding dining experience. You will be the face of the restaurant, welcoming guests with a genuine smile and creating a hospitable atmosphere from the moment they are seated. Your responsibilities will include suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the guest experience while contributing to restaurant sales. You will accurately take food and drink orders, enter them into the POS system, and ensure timely delivery of orders. Throughout the guests’ visit, you will check back to provide refills and remove any cleared items, ensuring the table remains clean and customers feel attended to. You will also be responsible for presenting and settling the check promptly, thanking guests sincerely and inviting them to return. Adherence to all food safety standards is a fundamental part of the role, safeguarding both guest health and company reputation. This position requires physical stamina to stand and move around the restaurant for 8 to 12 hours per shift, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds safely. Being a team player with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively are essential qualities for succeeding in this dynamic and rewarding environment. Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying

Job Duties
- Welcoming guests and greeting every guest with a smile when they are seated
- suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts

- picking up and delivering food orders in a timely manner
- checking back with guests throughout the experience to provide refills as needed and clearing any items from the table
- delivering and settling the check in a timely manner, thanking guests and inviting them to return
- following all food safety standards
