Job Requirements
- meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the united states
- able to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for 8 to 12 hours
- ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- team player with attention to detail
- flexibility to work various shifts
Job Duties
- greet customers with a smile when seated
- suggest beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- promptly deliver food orders
- ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and clear unused items
- deliver and settle bills courteously
- follow all food safety regulations
