Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • willingness to learn and a positive attitude
  • availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and major sporting events
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • basic math skills
  • ability to carry up to 25 pounds safely
  • reliable punctuality
  • previous customer service or server experience a plus

  • Previous customer service or server experience preferred but not required
  • excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • friendly, outgoing presence
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and major sporting events
  • basic math skills for handling payments and making change
  • experience with POS systems is a plus
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift or carry up to 25 pounds safely
  • experience in a high-volume or sports bar/restaurant environment
  • familiarity with modern POS systems and mobile ordering platforms
  • alcohol service certification or willingness to obtain required training
  • bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus for serving our diverse guest base

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly, professional demeanor and an awareness of ongoing events and specials
  • take accurate food and beverage orders, make menu recommendations, and upsell appropriately to enhance the guest experience
  • deliver food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation and quality meet Blue 32 standards
  • process guest payments, handle cash and POS transactions accurately, and close checks efficiently
  • maintain clean, organized service stations and dining areas
  • clear and reset tables quickly between guests
  • communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders and resolve issues
  • handle guest questions and concerns professionally, escalating to management when needed to ensure satisfaction
