As a Server in this community, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service by taking meal and drink orders and serving meals promptly and courteously. You will be key in ensuring residents and guests feel valued and satisfied with their dining experience. Responsibilities extend beyond serving to include maintaining side stations and dining areas, adhering to daily and weekly cleaning schedules, and strictly following safety and loss prevention procedures. Additionally, you will be setting up and cleaning the dining room while consistently maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards.

This position requires an individual who genuinely enjoys working with seniors and possesses excellent interpersonal skills to interact courteously with guests, residents, and staff. Prompt responsiveness to resident needs, flexibility in work hours, and the ability to balance team and individual responsibilities are vital for success in this role.
