Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours at a time
- Capability to safely lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to comply with protective hand coverings, face masks, and frequent handwashing
- Availability to work flexible schedules
- Commitment to making a positive impact at work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or the food service industry is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Commitment to excellent guest service
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene guidelines
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude
- Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs efficiently
- Transport plates, glasses, and baskets safely around the dining area
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and dining staff
- Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols
- Maintain a positive and energetic demeanor throughout the shift
