Job Requirements

Arrives to work on time as scheduled in full uniform
greets guests warmly and acknowledges all guests within five feet
follows service steps as per Miller's Ale House training materials
adheres to all service standards to create 'Ale House Raving Fans'
serves alcoholic beverages following company and state regulations
works directly with team members to ensure guest needs are fulfilled timely
knowledgeable about menu and food allergy issues
maintains cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
keeps server stations and front of house organized
notifies management immediately of any potential guest or operational issues
able to work 'To Go' station when assigned
washes hands every 30 minutes
supports safety and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
possesses strong communication skills
ability to work alone and as part of a team
ability to handle cash and work with numbers
basic reading and handwriting skills with ability to operate point-of-sale software
must be a minimum of 18 years of age or as dictated by state law
supports front of house functions to ensure teamwork
provides exceptional service throughout the shift
