The position of Server at Long Doggers is a pivotal role dedicated fully to delivering 110% guest satisfaction. Servers must be able to handle and count money accurately, safely carry trays of food up to 30 pounds, and assist fellow team members when necessary. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older to serve alcohol
- Ability to greet guests warmly and maintain a positive attitude
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Capability to stand and walk throughout entire shift (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to assist fellow team members
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet each guest and provide an excellent experience for every guest
- Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle and count money
- Expedite food, get beverages, and deliver these items to our guests
- Answer telephone within three rings and direct calls
- Help fellow team members when appropriate
- Able to work walking/standing for 100% (up to 8 hours) of shift
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary (30 lbs.)
- Maintain cleanliness throughout dining room and bar area to company standards
