We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our culinary team as Servers. This role is vital in enhancing the Gold Leaf Dining experience that Legend Senior Living is known for, distinguished by its elegant restaurant-style service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Unlike many traditional server positions, this opportunity offers a work schedule that respects work-life balance with no late-night hours, as residents prefer to dine early. Servers at Legend Senior Living are compensated with a flat hourly rate without accepting tips to ensure a consistent and fair wage while protecting residents. This ensures our staff can focus on providing the utmost care and attention during every meal service.

As a Server, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional dining service to residents and their guests. Your responsibilities will include taking and serving food and beverage orders accurately, assisting with special requests to enhance the dining experience, and monitoring the salad bar to ensure it is well-stocked and kept at proper temperatures. You will also be crucial in maintaining dining room cleanliness by clearing tables, resetting them for the next guests, and ensuring the overall dining environment is pleasant and comfortable.
