Job Requirements
- Applicants 18 years and older are eligible for standard hiring consideration
- Applicants ages 16-17 may be considered through a separate youth hiring and interview process in compliance with labor regulation
Job Qualifications
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required - we’ll train the right person
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and carry trays up to 25 lbs
- Team-oriented attitude with a passion for people and hospitality
Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and warmly, making them feel welcome
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items and specials to answer guest questions and make recommendations
- Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipate needs, and resolve concerns quickly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, server stations, and dining areas
- Assist team members as needed to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards
