Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- a minimum of 6 months of cash handling and customer service experience is preferred
- ability to frequently lift up to 20 lbs
- occasionally up to 50 lbs
- friendly, outgoing personality and a get-it-done attitude
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- successful completion of food handling and alcohol certifications required by local and state governments

Job Duties
- Inspire memorable experiences by providing top-notch service and remaining attentive to guest needs
- interact with guests to ensure the best guest experience and effectively upsell product offerings
- deliver freshly prepared menu items to guests, all while exhibiting genuine enthusiasm, energy, and urgency
- process food and beverage orders and payments accurately and timely
- uphold operational procedures, food and alcohol safety, and quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain compliance
- conduct opening/closing duties and cash handling
- other duties as assigned
