This Server position is available for both full-time and part-time employment, offering a competitive compensation of $18 per hour plus tips. Servers will demonstrate full menu knowledge, encompassing food, cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic offerings to enhance the guest experience through informed recommendations. Team collaboration is key, as servers work closely with the bar, kitchen, and host teams to maintain seamless service and communication flow.

Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, and move quickly during service
Job Qualifications
- Previous serving experience in a high-volume, full-service or upscale casual restaurant
- Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and connecting with guests
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- A proactive, team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
- Current food handler's permit and alcohol service certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- Comfort working nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide an engaging, elevated level of service while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Demonstrate full menu knowledge including food, cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic offerings to make recommendations and enhance the guest experience
- Anticipate guest needs, handle inquiries or complaints professionally, and ensure every visit ends on a high note
- Collaborate with bar, kitchen, and host teams to ensure seamless communication and service flow
- Accurately input orders, process payments, and maintain balanced transactions using the POS system
- Maintain table cleanliness, side work, and setup/breakdown standards before, during, and after service
- Support the team during special events, private dining experiences, and member functions
