This Server position is available for both full-time and part-time employment, offering a competitive compensation of $18 per hour plus tips. The role demands a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining composure under pressure. Servers will demonstrate full menu knowledge, encompassing food, cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic offerings to enhance the guest experience through informed recommendations. They are expected to anticipate guest needs proactively, manage inquiries and complaints professionally, and ensure that every visit ends positively. Team collaboration is key, as servers work closely with the bar, kitchen, and host teams to maintain seamless service and communication flow.

In addition to front-of-house duties, servers maintain cleanliness and setup/breakdown standards, support special events and private dining experiences, and promote Gravity Haus memberships and programming authentically.
