Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • ability to work well within a team with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer service or a restaurant environment preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
  • basic proficiency with POS systems
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and welcome them when seated
  • suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
  • pick up and deliver food orders promptly
  • ensure the customer is well attended, offer drink refills and remove unused items
  • deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
