Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work well within a team with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or a restaurant environment preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
- basic proficiency with POS systems
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and welcome them when seated
- suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- pick up and deliver food orders promptly
- ensure the customer is well attended, offer drink refills and remove unused items
- deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
