Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • capacity to stand for shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours
  • ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail and multitask

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer service or restaurant environment preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • knowledge of food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and welcome them with a smile when seated
  • suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • promptly pick up and deliver food orders
  • ensure guests are well attended, offer drink refills and clear unused items
  • present and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank guests and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
