Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
- ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking capability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- strong customer service skills
- basic knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to operate POS systems
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Welcoming customers and greeting them with a smile when seated
- suggesting sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately taking food and beverage orders and entering them correctly into the POS system
- timely pickup and delivery of food orders
- ensuring customers are well attended to by offering drink refills and removing unused items
- delivering and settling bills promptly, thanking customers, and inviting them to return
- following all food safety regulations
