The role of Server at Red Lobster is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers and playing a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences. This part-time position offers competitive weekly pay ranging from USD 12.14 to USD 25.00 per hour, along with flexible scheduling to accommodate the personal needs of employees. The server is responsible for greeting customers warmly as they are seated, suggesting beverage and food items such as appetizers and desserts, accurately taking and entering orders into the POS system, and ensuring timely delivery of orders. Maintaining high standards of customer care by offering beverage refills and removing unused items, processing payments efficiently, and inviting guests to return are also key aspects of the job. Servers must adhere strictly to food safety regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining environment.
