Job Requirements
- You must be 18 years or older
- deliver food and drinks to guests using Applebee's team delivery system
- greet guests, answer questions, make suggestions about food, drinks, and service
- interact verbally with guests creating friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- relay orders to service bar and kitchen via point-of-sale system
- observe guests and respond to additional requests
- present guest check and accept payment using correct procedure
- participate in clearing and resetting dining tables
- ability to wipe down tabletops and clean dining areas
- transport plates and glasses to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- reading, writing, basic math and communication skills
- mobility to stand and move for entire shift
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four hours
- good sense of balance, ability to bend and kneel
Job Qualifications
- Ability to wipe down tabletops, table legs, pick up debris off of the floor and wipe down booth seats
- transports plates, glasses and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift
- reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills
- mobility required during entire shift
- transports glass racks and cases up to 25 pounds about 15 times per shift
Job Duties
- Delivers food and drinks to guests using Applebee's team delivery system
- greet guests, answer questions, make suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service
- interact verbally with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere
- relay orders to service bar and kitchen via the point-of-sale computerized register system
- observe guests and respond to any additional requests
- present guest check to each table and accept a form of payment, make correct change and/or complete the proper charge card procedure
- participate in the clearing and resetting of dining room tables
