The available role is for a part-time Server who is hospitality-minded and enthusiastic about serving others, especially seniors. This position provides the opportunity to be part of a supportive team in a fun and engaging work environment. The server will play a key role in enhancing the resident experience by delivering excellent dining service in a respectful and caring manner. The job offers evening and weekend hours, specifically Fridays and Saturdays from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm and Sundays from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm, making it ideal for those seeking flexible part-time work. The position pays $16 per hour and includes various benefits such as an employee assistance program, discounted meals, parking garage access, an employee referral bonus program, and a resident-run employee appreciation program. Closing duties are completed by 8:00 pm, providing a reasonable end time for shifts.
