This opportunity is for full-time or part-time hourly restaurant dine-in Servers, Waitresses, or Waiters at P.F. Chang's. The pay rate starts at $7.50 per hour plus tips, with compensation increasing based on experience. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
  • Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
  • Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
  • Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
  • Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Duties

  • Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
  • Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guests' questions
  • Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments
  • Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
  • Maintains cleanliness and proper sanitation practices
  • Collaborates with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
  • Handles guest concerns professionally and promptly
