This full-time role offers competitive pay ranging from USD 12.67 to USD 25.00 per hour and features weekly payment. The position is designed with flexible scheduling to accommodate different availability needs. Servers at Red Lobster are responsible for creating memorable dining experiences by warmly welcoming guests, suggesting beverages, appetizers, and desserts to enhance their meals, and taking accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. They must ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, check on guests to confirm satisfaction, offer refills and clear unused items, and process bills efficiently. Physical requirements of the job include the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely carry up to 30 pounds, as well as the stamina to stand for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours.
