As part of the Red Lobster team, the Server role is a vital position that contributes directly to the guest experience. This full-time role offers competitive pay ranging from USD 12.67 to USD 25.00 per hour and features weekly payment. The position is designed with flexible scheduling to accommodate different availability needs. Employees who complete one year of service are eligible for a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company contributions.
Servers at Red Lobster are responsible for creating memorable dining experiences by warmly welcoming guests, suggesting beverages, appetizers, and desserts to enhance their meals, and taking accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. They must ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, check on guests to confirm satisfaction, offer refills and clear unused items, and process bills efficiently. Adhering strictly to food safety standards is essential, as well as demonstrating teamwork, attention to detail, and multitasking capability in a fast-paced environment.
Physical requirements of the job include the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely carry up to 30 pounds, as well as the stamina to stand for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- Suggest sales of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Collect and deliver food orders in a timely manner
- Ensure guests are well attended, offer drink refills, and clear unused items
- Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank guests, and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
