Job Duties
- Delivers amazing hospitality experience by anticipating and exceeding guests' expectations
- Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and answers guests' questions
- Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments
- Understands restaurant seating layout and server areas and how to deliver food within the restaurant
- Executes proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Multitasks effectively in a fast-paced, team-work environment
- Maintains courteous and professional customer interactions throughout the dining experience
