As a Server at Red Lobster, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This position involves greeting customers with a welcoming smile, suggesting drinks, appetizers, and desserts, and accurately taking food and beverage orders to enter into the POS system. The Server ensures timely delivery of food, maintains attentive service by offering drink refills, clearing unused items promptly, and handling bill payments with professionalism while thanking guests and inviting them to return. Adhering to all food safety regulations is essential in this role. Physical demands include the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds as well as standing for 8 to 12 hour shifts. The role requires excellent teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
