Job Requirements
- Minimum legal working age and authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours
- Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain attention to detail while performing multiple tasks
- Physical stamina and endurance to support active work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service roles beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Customer-oriented attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and welcome them to the restaurant
- Suggest beverages, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the dining experience
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- Timely pick up and deliver food orders to customers
- Ensure customers are well-attended by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
- Deliver and settle customer bills promptly, thanking guests and inviting them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations diligently
