Beyond compensation, the company provides a rich benefits package for full-time employees working over 30 hours weekly, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k contributions, company-paid life and AD&D insurance, learning and development programs, and opportunities for career advancement. Pet insurance and a 25% discount at Atlas properties are additional perks available to eligible team members. Part-time employees also have access to several of these benefits, tailored to their work schedules.

Joining Atlas Restaurant Group means more than accepting a job; it means joining a community focused on growth, learning, and contributing positively to the city of Baltimore.
