Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Comfortable working in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and carry food or beverage trays

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and carry food or beverage trays

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and guide them through the dining experience
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining service standards
  • Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to guest needs
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dining areas
  • Reset and prepare tables efficiently between guests
  • Process payments and complete transactions accurately
  • Complete opening, closing, stocking, and sidework duties
  • Follow sanitation, food safety, and health standards
  • Support fellow FOH and BOH team members during busy shifts
  • Assist with additional operational tasks as assigned
