Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing hospitality role
- legal eligibility to work in the country
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good physical stamina
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong personal hygiene and grooming standards

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- deliver exceptional dining service by providing courteous and attentive guest interactions
- guide guests through menu selections with food and beverage recommendations
- take and accurately process customer orders
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining environment
- collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and quality service
- uphold health and safety policies and team member wellness protocols
- build positive guest relations to encourage return visits
