Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing hospitality role
  • legal eligibility to work in the country
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • good physical stamina
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong personal hygiene and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience in a high-volume restaurant serving or hospitality role preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings
  • attention to detail and accuracy in order taking

  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional dining service by providing courteous and attentive guest interactions
  • guide guests through menu selections with food and beverage recommendations
  • take and accurately process customer orders
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining environment
  • collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and quality service
  • uphold health and safety policies and team member wellness protocols
  • build positive guest relations to encourage return visits
