Job Duties

  • Take accurate orders from guests
  • Enter orders in POS system
  • Make food recommendations and suggest beverage pairings
  • Clear and clean tables after meals
  • Upsell food and beverage items to maximize profitability
  • Help guests select food and beverages by presenting menu and offering cocktails
  • Explain chef's specialties and answer food preparation questions
