We are currently seeking outstanding individuals to join our culinary team as a Server. This full-time role plays a crucial part in enhancing the dining experience for residents at Legend Senior Living. The Server position involves providing attentive, efficient, and courteous service to residents and their guests during meals, ensuring that each dining experience is pleasant and memorable. Unlike traditional server roles, this position does not involve late-night hours, allowing for a satisfying work-life balance by catering to residents who prefer to dine earlier in the evening. Compensation is straightforward, with a flat hourly rate and no tipping, promoting a respectful and comfortable environment for both servers and residents.

Servers at Legend Senior Living contribute significantly to the Gold Leaf Dining experience, which is renowned for its restaurant-style atmosphere and high-quality food offerings. The role demands exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage dining room operations smoothly. Responsibilities include accurately taking and placing food and beverage orders, assisting with special requests, monitoring the salad bar to ensure freshness and proper temperature, and maintaining cleanliness and order by clearing tables and resetting them between meals.
