QSL Management is currently seeking a Server for The Blake at (Community Name), a position vital to ensuring that residents and guests enjoy a warm and exceptional dining experience. The Server will be responsible for delivering gracious hospitality by assisting residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. They will guide guests through menus with detailed knowledge of food and beverage offerings, ensure dining areas meet or exceed cleanliness and hygiene standards, and collaborate with team members to provide prompt and world-class service.

This opportunity goes beyond typical restaurant service, requiring a genuine heart to serve others, particularly in a senior living setting where compassion and attentiveness are paramount. The Server will also assist with bar and coffee shop duties as scheduled, support meal preparation as needed, help maintain stock levels, and assist with special events and activities that enhance the community's vibrant lifestyle. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, including availability for holidays, weekends, and planned special events. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, hospitality experience, and certifications such as ServSafe and Bar Card, depending on state requirements. Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred but not mandatory.
