  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • ability to handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks effectively
  • multilingual abilities to assist a diverse customer base

Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
  • serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards
  • check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests
  • collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely order preparation and delivery
  • handle guest payments and process transactions accurately
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server stations
  • adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
