Job Description

The Stadium Club is an exclusive and professional dining establishment dedicated to delivering an unparalleled hospitality experience to its members and their guests. Known for its commitment to excellence, the club provides a unique environment where professionalism, teamwork, and gracious hospitality form the cornerstone of its service philosophy. Situated within a vibrant and dynamic setting, the Stadium Club prides itself on offering a seamless and memorable dining experience that exceeds expectations through attentive service, impeccable presentation, and a warm atmosphere. The club values its reputation for high standards, ensuring every guest receives personalized attention and swift service in a refined environment. Members enjoy a venue that balances classic elegance with modern comforts, making it an ideal destination for both casual and special occasions.

The role of the Stadium Club server is vital in upholding this commitment. This position demands a high degree of professionalism and hospitality skill to deliver the club's Service Guarantees effectively. Servers take full ownership of their assigned dining section, anticipating and responding to the diverse needs of members and guests with a sense of urgency and care. Beyond simply serving meals and beverages, the server acts as a brand ambassador, embodying the club's spirit of camaraderie and collaboration. The position requires thorough knowledge of the food and beverage offerings, including daily specials, as servers must confidently communicate details, suggest pairings, and accommodate special requests. Punctuality and a polished appearance are essential, as is the ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Servers are expected to prepare their stations meticulously before the service begins, ensuring all settings, linens, and condiments are perfect. The role includes attendance at regular meetings and training sessions to stay abreast of club policies, service enhancements, and team-building initiatives. Using point-of-sale (POS) systems effectively and responsibly is another crucial responsibility, along with ensuring all guest experiences comply with the club's House Rules. The position also involves collaborating closely with management and colleagues to promptly address any maintenance or housekeeping issues and support smooth daily operations.

In addition to the primary duties, the Stadium Club server plays a supportive role by fostering open communication among members, staff, and management, helping onboard new team members, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. Those employed in this role must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and empathy, and the physical ability to navigate busy dining spaces efficiently.

This opportunity is ideal for hospitality professionals passionate about delivering exceptional service in a prestigious setting. Prior experience in full-service dining is preferred, along with the ability to obtain necessary certifications, such as TIPs and food handling licenses. Flexibility in work schedule is required due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry.
