Brandon Wilde is a distinguished Life Plan Community located on a picturesque 73-acre campus in Evans, Georgia. The organization is currently recruiting hospitality-focused Servers to join their culinary team. This role is essential in providing full-scope, hands-on serving functions within the community's dining facilities. Servers at Brandon Wilde play a vital role in upholding the high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and presentation that define the community’s dining experience. The successful candidate will contribute to creating an inviting and respectful dining atmosphere tailored to the needs and expectations of senior residents. This position offers various shift options, including full-time shifts from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM or 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM with weekend availability, as well as a part-time shift from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM with weekend availability. The pay rate is up to $13 per hour, reflecting the company’s commitment to competitive compensation for its staff.

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening process including fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test, and employment references
  • Ability to work full-time or part-time shifts with weekend availability
  • Ability to work in a licensed residential care facility environment
  • Must have a compassionate and enthusiastic attitude towards senior care
  • Must be able to communicate courteously and effectively
  • Ability to adhere to community standards of cleanliness and organization

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum completion of Junior year in high school required
  • Experience in food service work preferred
  • Experience in working with seniors preferred

Job Duties

  • Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization
  • Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always
  • Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always
  • Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order
  • Take orders, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously
  • Answer pertinent questions about menu items
  • Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere
