Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or special requests
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely order preparation and delivery
  • Handle guest payments and process transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server stations
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
