The Server role at Red Lobster is a vital position, central to delivering excellent customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for every guest. Servers are the frontline representatives of the restaurant, responsible for ensuring that guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they are seated. This position offers weekly pay and competitive wages, flexible scheduling to accommodate different needs, and a variety of insurance options including medical, dental, and vision coverage starting at less than $10 per week. The restaurant also provides life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary benefits, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company contributions after one year of service. Additionally, servers receive anniversary pay (subject to eligibility requirements), discounted meals during their shifts, and 25% off when dining as guests. Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to work well in a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability
- willingness to comply with all food safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team environment

- basic math and POS system proficiency
- friendly and positive attitude
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
- promptly pick up and deliver food orders
- ensure the guest is being well attended, offer refills and clear unused items
- deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank guests and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
