  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team
  • strong attention to detail and responsibility in cash handling
  • completed or willing to obtain state-mandated beverage service certification where applicable
  • passion for food and hospitality
  • ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • practice safe food handling procedures and have awareness of food allergens
  • follow company policies and procedures
  • maintain knowledge of new and existing programs to support company goals
  • operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
  • uphold cash handling procedures
  • obtain and maintain state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
  • provide memorable dining experiences by living out CPK High 5
