Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety and allergen protocols
- ability to operate POS systems
- possession of state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
- passion for food and hospitality
Job Duties
- practice safe food handling procedures including allergen awareness
- follow company policies and procedures
- operate the point-of-sale (POS) system quickly and accurately
- uphold cash handling procedures
- provide exceptional guest service by implementing CPK High 5 principles
- maintain knowledge of menu items to effectively promote food and drinks
- collaborate as a team player in a fast-paced environment
