Job Duties
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
- Greet residents and guests warmly, provide menu guidance, and make thoughtful recommendations
- Watch for opportunities to assist, refill drinks, and make the dining experience smooth and enjoyable
- Set tables, clear plates, and maintain tidy service areas
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hospitality protocols
- Assist with events, themed dinners, and celebrations that bring the community together
- Monitor resident satisfaction and share feedback with leadership to continuously improve
