As a Server at Great Wolf Lodge, you will play a crucial role in delivering a positive dining experience for guests. This position involves taking food and beverage orders accurately, serving meals and drinks promptly, and handling transactions efficiently, all while maintaining enthusiastic and friendly interaction with guests. The Server is responsible for helping patrons select menu items by presenting food and beverage options, suggesting cocktails or appetizers, and explaining chef specialties. This role requires attention to detail in communicating orders to kitchen and bar staff, monitoring meal progression, and responding attentively to any additional guest needs. Maintaining proper table settings, replenishing utensils, and ensuring a clean and safe environment are also fundamental duties. The position demands flexibility in scheduling, including night, weekend, and holiday shifts to meet business demands. Servers must adhere strictly to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies to protect both guests and the establishment.   • Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) as they apply to cash handling
  • Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen

Job Duties

  • Helps patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu

  • Serves orders by picking up and delivering patrons' choices from bar and kitchen including accompaniments and condiments from service bars, as requested
