As a Server at Red Lobster, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to every guest. In this role, your primary mission is to provide outstanding service by warmly welcoming guests, suggestively selling menu items like drinks, appetizers, and desserts, and accurately processing food and beverage orders through the POS system. Timeliness and attentiveness are key as you deliver orders, check back with guests, provide refills, and ensure tables are clean and ready for the next guests. You will also be responsible for settling checks efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor that invites guests to return.

Physical fitness is essential since the job requires being on your feet for 8 to 12 hours, bending, reaching, stooping, and safely lifting up to 30 pounds.
