Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Responsible service of alcohol certification required will train
- Ability to move throughout the property standing, walking, kneeling, bending for extended periods of time
- Ability to make repeating movements of the arms, hands, and wrists
- Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear
- Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with hand above shoulders
- Ability to occasionally, regularly, frequently move objects lift, push, pull, balance, carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to turn or twist body parts in a circular motion
- Ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud, noisy environment
Job Qualifications
- Hospitality or restaurant experience with keen interest and knowledge of food and beverage service
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Experience in restaurant with a liquor license a plus
- Experience in the pizza industry a plus
- FoodTec POS experience a plus
- Friendly, energetic and organized
Job Duties
- Take food and drink orders accurately with a positive attitude
- Enter orders into the POS system for transmittal to the kitchen
- Engage guests in a friendly manner - follow steps of service provided in training
- Ensure guests are enjoying their meals and take action and correct any problems immediately
- Prepare checks
- Collect payment
- Follow responsible alcohol serving
- Help food preparation if necessary
